Koraidon ex Looking at one of the two featured Legendaries, Koraidon ex has a lot going for it as a Basic Pokemon
Its a powerful setup
These decks are all a bit underwhelming, but that is for a good reason as they make it super simplistic and cheap to start playing
If Rarity Collection was S-tier (which it 100% was), then in my opinion Rarity Collection II is a solid B-tier and a case could maybe be made for A-tier
This is perfect for casual players and enthusiasts who want personalized designs
