I personally have only seen the English Thin print Base Pikachu twice (one is this Yellow Cheeks thin 3D stamp in the picture below), and Ive only seen three other Commons/Uncommons with this Thin print difference
It still saw some sideboard play, but not much
Pixel cards appear only in surge foil and only in Collector Boosters
Sitting at 6 mana, this enchantment isnt the best board wipe (it only does 3 damage), but it can stop aggro decks effectively
